This includes the largest collection of superior court judgments available online, with cases dating back to 1163, and the full legislative history of the UK from 1235.
Unlike other services, you can navigate directly between dockets and primary law, with no need to pay per docket or be limited by search or time constraints. vLex is the only service to provide access to dockets alongside case law and legal information from both common and civil law jurisdictions.
This unique collection of data is updated daily and was digitised and independently sourced from the Ministry of Justice, Royal Courts of Justice, Advocates Library and even individual barristers.
The UK Core also includes access to unreported judgments from Jersey, containing thousands of judgments from Jersey’s Royal Court and appellate courts. Additionally, the collection includes 15,000 cases from the courts of Northern Ireland, covering the Magistrates’ Court to the Supreme Court of Northern Ireland. Coverage extends from 1922 to 2009 for the House of Lords content, and from 2000 onwards for all other courts.
